After you check a certificate in the issuer's public registry, it shows Verified in registry on the material.
Before you start
- The certificate is saved on the material. To add one, see “Add a material certificate”.
Verify the certificate
- 1Go to Production → Materials and click the material. In the Compliance card, under Certificates, click the three dots (⋮) next to the certificate. Click Open registry entry. The entry opens in a new browser tab. If the menu has no Open registry entry, find the certificate on the issuer's website yourself.
Both registry actions are in the menu next to the certificate. - 2Check that the standard, certificate number, holder and dates match the registry entry. Back in go4.fashion, click the three dots (⋮) again and click Mark as verified in registry.ImportantThe check covers the standard, number, holder and dates. If you later change any of them in Edit certificate, the certificate goes back to Unverified. A certificate with a file goes back to File attached. Check the registry again and mark it again. Changes to Scope, File or Registry link, or removing the file in Documents & sources, keep Verified in registry.
Check the result
Under the certificate number, Verified in registry appears. The menu no longer shows Mark as verified in registry.
