The certificate or test result shows the file it comes from.
Attach the file
- 1Go to Production → Materials and click the material.
- 2Open the certificate or the test result the file belongs to.
When Choose What it changes The file is a certificate, for example OEKO-TEX In the “Compliance” card, under “Certificates”: the three dots (⋮) next to the certificate → “Edit certificate” You pick the file in “File” The file is a test report In “Performance”: the three dots (⋮) at the end of the result's row → “Edit result” You pick the file in “Report” The menu next to the certificate opens Edit certificate. - 3In File or Report, choose the file by its name. Click Save.
Check the result
- Certificate: under the certificate, you see the file name and File attached. A certificate already Verified in registry keeps that state under the file name. Click the name to open the file.
- Test result: the file name is in the Report column of Performance.
Other situations
Attach a file you have not added yet
Use this when the file is not in Documents & sources yet. It is then missing from the list in File or Report. When the material has no files, the field asks you to add the file in Documents & sources first.
- 1If the field asks you to add the file first, click Documents & sources in that sentence. The window closes and the page moves to Documents & sources. Otherwise, click Cancel and scroll down to Documents & sources.
- 2Add the file there. See “Add a material file”.
- 3Open the same certificate or test result again. If you used the link, your entries are still in the window.
- 4In File or Report, choose the file and click Save.
Attach the file while you add the record
Use this when the certificate or test result is not saved yet.
- 1In Add certificate or Add result, choose the file in File or Report. Then click Add certificate or Add result.
Remove a file from a certificate or test result
Use this when a file was attached by mistake.
- 1Open the certificate or test result as in step 2. In File or Report, choose — and click Save.
A certificate that showed File attached shows Unverified again. The file stays in Documents & sources.
