You enter a material's weight, widths and construction on its page and save them.
Fill in and save the specification
- 1In Production → Materials, click the material. In a long list, type its name in Search materials… first.
- 2In the Specification card, enter the values, for example Weight (g/m²) and Cuttable width (cm). A save bar appears at the bottom of the page: Unsaved changes in Specification.
- Empty fields under Construction are hidden. Click Show N empty fields to see them.
- Countries of origin and customs details are in the Compliance card.
- 3Click Save on the save bar. One Save saves every card the bar names.
Check the result
The save bar closes and each field shows the value you entered. The Readiness card no longer lists those fields as missing.
Other situations
Confirm a value from Claude
A field shows Claude and a date under the value, with Unverified next to it.
- 1Check the value against the document it came from.
- 2Click Mark as verified next to the value. The value is saved at once. Unverified and the line with Claude and the date disappear.
If it does not work
- Not saved — Weight (g/m²): enter a number from 1 to 2000 — the value is outside what the field accepts. Correct the field as the text under it says and click Save again. Your other fields are already saved.
- The menu does not respond and the save bar flashes — the page has unsaved changes. Click Save, or click Discard to remove the changes.
