Find materials with missing data

You get the list of materials that miss production or compliance data, or whose certificates are expiring.

Find the materials to complete

  1. 1In Production → Materials, find the row of four figures above the Library table.
  2. 2Click the figure for the data you are completing. The list shows only the materials that figure counts. To see all materials again, click the figure once more.

    A certificate has expired or ends within 30 days“Certificates expiring”Materials with such a certificate
    Each figure works as a filter: its number is how many materials you get.
  3. 3In the Readiness column, read how many levels are ready and which level misses data first — for example 0 of 4 · BOM: 1 missing. Click the material's name to see everything it misses.

Check the result

The figure you clicked is underlined. Under Library, the number of materials shown matches that figure.
