- The run has a plan, and To order in Run plan shows pieces left to order.
- The maker's card in Contacts → Manufacturers offers the service you order, for example sewing.
Create the draft order
- 1In Production → Production Runs, open the run and go to Run plan. Tick the variants that have pieces in To order. In the bar above the table, click Create order. The Create production order panel opens with the run, the number of variants and the pieces.
The bar above the table counts the ticked rows. - 2Pick the maker in Maker. Under Prices, Show prices to the maker is on. Choose whether the maker sees your prices:
When Choose What changes You already agreed prices with the maker Leave “Show prices to the maker” on The maker sees your prices in the order You want the maker to quote Turn “Show prices to the maker” off The maker gets the order without prices and proposes its own - Click Create order · 2 pcs. The message reads “PO-117 created as a draft”, and the draft card opens.
Maker is the only field you must fill in. The button counts the pieces in the draft. - 3In Items, type the price of each line in Price and press Enter. Change a number in Ordered the same way. Each value saves as soon as you press Enter.

Other situations
Split a size between two makers
Use this when one maker makes only part of the pieces.
- 1In the Create production order panel, under Quantities, type fewer pieces in This order. The rest stays in To order on the run.
- 2Create the second order from the same run and pick the other maker.
Add pieces to a draft that already exists
Use this when the run already has a draft for this maker.
- 1In Run plan, tick the variants and click Add to order in the bar.
- 2Pick the draft from the list. The message reads “2 pcs added to the order”. A variant already in the draft adds up in the same line.
