The promised pieces go where they are needed: back to the free pool, to an order that is short of them, or in exchange for pieces another order holds.

Decide what happens to the promised pieces
- 1Expand the product row and click “Where?” on the colour's line. The panel “Where is it?” opens with one card per lot.
- 2Read “Reserved for” on the lot card. It carries the order number and the customer, and it opens that order.
- 3Open the card's “Lot actions” menu and pick the item your decision calls for.

Check the result
Go4 confirms with “Reservation released”, the lot card loses its “Reserved for” field, and the pieces join the product row's “In stock” figure.
Other situations
Move the reservation to an order that is short
Another order waits for the same colour and size.
- 1Choose “Change reservation…” in the lot's “Lot actions” menu. The panel opens with “Reserved for” and the switch “What to do”. On this lot its modes read “Move (1)” and “Swap (0)”: the number says how many orders are on each list.
The number next to “Move” and “Swap” says how many orders are on each list — zero means there is nowhere to hand the pieces. - 2Stay in “Move” and pick the order in “Move to — orders waiting for this variant”. Each entry gives the order number, the customer and the shortage, for example “0017_HEB · Herrenhaus Berlin — short 12”. Under the field, “What happens” names which order gives the piece up and how much of the shortage the other one covers. An empty list reads “No order is short of this variant — try a swap instead.”WarningA lot made to a customer note carries the field “Exception”. Move it to an order that did not ask for that note and the panel reads “This piece was sewn for a different customer”, and the button then asks you to confirm before the pieces change hands.
- 3Click “Move to 0017_HEB” — the button carries the order you picked. Go4 confirms with “Reservation moved”, and the lot card shows the new order in “Reserved for”.
Swap pieces with another order
Another order holds pieces of the same colour and size, and the exchange suits both.
- 1Set “What to do” to “Swap” and pick the order in “Swap with — orders holding another piece in Black / L”; the label carries this lot's colour and size. “What happens” then names what each side receives. An empty list reads “No other order holds a piece to swap for — try moving it to an order that is short.”ImportantA swap needs the same colour, the same size and the same piece count on both sides, so the order you have in mind may be off the list.
