Read from a product's row how many pieces of each colour and size you can sell today. The same row says how many are promised to orders and how many are still in production.

Read the product's stock
- 1Open “Stock” → “Product Inventory”. The “Products” tab opens and lists every product of the brand.
- 2Read the figures above the table: “In stock”, “Stock value”, “Reserved”, “In house”, “At makers” and “No location”, each under its own caption.ImportantThe figures above the table count the whole brand, whatever you search for or filter by. The table's columns count only the rows you can see.
- 3Type the product's name or its number into “Search products…”. The list narrows to the products that match.
- 4Read the product's row: the badge in “Status”, the four figures in “In stock”, “Reserved”, “In house” and “At makers”, and the place tags in “Location”.How it works“In stock” means the product has at least one free piece. “Low stock” means the same with fewer than 5 free pieces. A product with zero free pieces reads “All reserved” or “Out of stock”. A row can match several of these states at once, and the badge shows the most important one, in this order: “Overcommit”, “Low stock”, “Aging”, “Out of stock”, “In stock”, “In production”, “All reserved”, “Held back”, “No location”. Each of the four figures always carries a number: a product with no lots stands at zero in all of them. The threshold of 5 pieces is the same for every brand, and no setting moves it.
- 5Expand the product's row and read the line of the colour in the situation you need. The badge in “Status” names that situation: “Free”, “Reserved”, “Held back” or the name of one of your production stages. Each size has its own column, and the line ends with “Total”.
A colour gets its own line for every situation it is really in, and a size with nothing in it stays an empty cell. - 6Read what stays outside those four figures.ImportantPieces held back and pieces graded B-second stay outside the four figures of the row and carry the badge “Held back”. Pieces without a place assigned stay outside those four figures too, and they count into “No location”. A piece promised to an order counts as “Reserved” even while it is at a maker, because the promise comes before the place.
Check the result
In the expanded row, the colour's line with the badge “Free” gives the free pieces under each size's column and their sum in “Total”.

Open the stock list from the product's card
You are looking at a product and want its stock without searching the list.
- 1Click “Open inventory” in the “Stock” section of the product's card. The list opens with the product's name already in “Search products…” — carry on from step 4.
Narrow the list to a group of products
You are going through the catalogue instead of asking about one product.
