Grok answers questions about your brand — orders, collections, materials, stock — with the data that is in Go4 right now. You add the connector by asking for it in a chat.

Add the go4 server
Grok reaches other services through MCP servers, and Go4 runs one for your brand. You ask for it in a message, and Grok puts the connector in place.

The card repeats what will be added. The address has to end in /mcp. - 3Grok writes “go4 is added. Sign in to authorize it.” and shows the “Connect go4” card. Click “Authorize”.
Adding the server is not the same as signing in. Nothing is read from Go4 until you do. - 4A Go4 sign-in window opens. Check the result
Grok answers “go4 is connected. Tools are ready — type @ and attach go4, then ask what you need.” That message is the connector working.
In a new message type “@”, pick “go4”, and ask “Who am I in Go4?”. The answer names your brand and your role. Then ask “Show my 5 latest orders” — you get order numbers, dates and statuses, and amounts only if your role sees them in the app.
If it does not work
- The tools bring no data — the connector is added but not authorized. Ask Grok to connect go4 again and finish the sign-in.
- The sign-in window does not go through — the sign-in is only valid for a few minutes. Start again and finish it in one go.
- The sign-in ends on an error page instead of coming back to the chat — write to Go4 and name the chat you use. Your chat has to be on Go4's list of allowed clients.
- You see another brand's data — stop and write to Go4. This should not happen.
