Claude answers questions about your brand — orders, collections, materials, stock — with the data that is in Go4 right now.

Add the go4 connector
Claude reaches other services through connectors, and Go4 runs one for your brand — an MCP server. These three steps add it to your Claude, and you do them once.
- 1In Claude, open “Customize” → “Connectors”, then click “+ Add” and pick “Add custom connector”.

Add the go4-fashion skill
One more thing — the go4 skill. A skill is a set of written instructions you hand to Claude, and this one carries the vocabulary of your brand and the rules Go4 applies to your data. With it in place:
- Claude answers in the language you write in, and keeps the labels in English exactly as the app shows them — so you can click the button it names.
- Claude never makes a number up. Every order number, quantity and amount comes from Go4, and when your role may not see an amount, Claude says so instead of leaving it out.
- “How do I…” is answered with the screen and the control in Go4. For the things Claude cannot do for you — confirming an order, invoices, shipments — it points you at the place in the app that does.

- 2In Claude, open “Customize” → “Skills”, click “+ Add” and pick “Upload skill”. Choose the file you downloaded.
Once it is uploaded, go4-fashion stands under “Created by you”. - 3“go4-fashion” appears under “Created by you”. There is nothing else to switch on.
Check the result
Open a new chat and ask “Who am I in Go4?”. The answer names your brand and your role.
Then ask “Show my 5 latest orders”. You get order numbers, dates and statuses. Amounts appear only if your role sees them in the app.
Other situations
Put in a new version of the skill
Go4 sends you a new skill file.
Delete “go4-fashion” in “Customize” → “Skills”, then upload the new file the same way. The connector stays as it is.
Sign in again
The connector's status reads “Reconnect”.
Your sign-in has run out. Click “Reconnect” and sign in with your Go4 account again.
If it does not work
- Claude knows the words but brings no data — the connector is not connected. Check that “Go4.fashion” carries a tick in “Customize” → “Connectors”.
- The sign-in window does not go through — the sign-in is only valid for a few minutes. Remove the connector, add it again and finish the sign-in in one go.
- You see another brand's data — stop and write to Go4. This should not happen.
