Put the products you ordered into your shop: import a file, or copy values one by one.
Open the order
- 1In the top bar, click “Dashboard”.
“Dashboard” lists your orders. - 2Click the order you want.
- 3Find the “Product data” card.
The “Product data” card has the downloads for your shop.
ImportantRetail prices are in the brand's currency. Convert them if your shop uses another one.
Download files for your shop
On the “Product data” card, click “CSV” for the product data and “Photos (ZIP)” for the photos.
Copy values one by one
- 1On the “Product data” card, click “View product data”.
- 2Click the icon next to the value you need. A tick shows it is copied.
The icon next to each value copies it. - 3Paste the value into your shop.
To take the photos of one product, click the photos button in its row, for example “4 photos · ZIP”.
Check the result
Your downloads hold “Order_0032_HEB_products.csv” and “Order_0032_HEB_photos.zip”.
Other situations
Import into Shopify or Shopware
Use this when your shop runs on Shopify or Shopware.
- 1In the top bar, click “Brand kit”.
Brand kit with “Download kit (ZIP)”. - 2Click “Download kit (ZIP)”. The pack includes ready-to-import CSVs for these shops.
If it does not work
- No “Product data” card — the order is still a draft. Confirm it with “Confirm order”.
- “Not set”, “No description” or an empty code — the brand has not added it yet. Ask the brand.
- “Couldn't prepare the download. Try again.” keeps coming back — write to the brand.
