Add, change or remove products in an order you placed, or cancel it, while the order is open for changes.
Change the products in your order
- 1In the top bar, click Dashboard, then click the order.
- 2Click Edit. Your order's collection opens, and Basket reads Editing order and your order number.
Edit is in the order header, next to the status. - 3Click a product, set the quantities in the grid and click Confirm. To remove a product, set every quantity in its grid to 0. To add one, click it and set its quantities the same way.ImportantEach Confirm saves to your order at once. Back does not undo it.
- 4In Basket, click Save changes & notify. The order page opens.
Save changes & notify finishes the change.
Check the result
Items on the order page shows the new quantities, with the new Pieces and Total. The status still reads Confirmed.
Other situations
Cancel the order
Use this when you no longer want the order.
- 1On the order page, click …, then Cancel order.WarningCancelling releases the stock reserved for your order. You cannot undo it in B2B Space.
Cancel order is in the … menu. - 2In the window, click Cancel order. Dashboard opens, and the order shows Cancelled. Keep order closes the window without a change.
If it does not work
- No Edit button, and a sentence under the order number — the order is closed for changes. For example, packing has started, an invoice exists or the deadline has passed. Write to the brand.
- No Cancel order in the … menu — same cause. Write to the brand.
- A Stock changed window — some sizes are no longer available in the quantity you set. Lower the quantities the window lists, then click Confirm or Save changes & notify again.
